The entire experience was smooth, efficient and enjoyable. Terry Bayt was polite, professional, and more than helpful. The fact that we are in Ohio and the transaction took place in Naples made us a little nervous about the details of the transaction. From local governmental requirements to the minutiae of the bylaws of the condo complex, every item was handled flawlessly. Her vast knowledge ensured no stone was left unturned. Terry Bayt has provided exceptional service especially as we live over 3,000 miles away and were unable to get down to Naples. Terry not only staged the whole sale, but helped us sort through the condo on FaceTime and get everything organized for the packing by the Moving Company. Then on Moving day she was there to monitor the whole day.She took bags of stuff to Goodwill and returned our TV box to UPS . Terry went above and beyond throughout the whole process always with a smile on her face. She is an amazing asset to your company and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
